I, the customer, understand that all Pure Land Ethnobotanicals/Ethnobotanicals.com (hereafter referred to as 'PLE') products are offered for herbarium specimen, collection, legitimate research, plant propagation, and/or ornamental purposes only. I understand these products are not intended for human consumption. I understand that these products should in no manner be introduced into the bodily system of myself or of any other human. I understand that PLE merchandise is not to be used for any illegal purpose as defined by the statutes of State and Federal law. I am at least 18 years of age, or of legal age of majority in my state or country of residence. I am not a government agent, nor am I ordering at the direction of any government agency. I hereby take full responsibility for any purchases made (both now and at any time in the future) from PLE. I also understand and accept that all sales are final and PLE does not accept returns, due to possibility of contamination. Without limiting the generalities foregoing, I am taking full liability for personal injury damages, punitive damages, lost profit or revenues, loss of use of product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the purchase of product from PLE. Furthermore, I and/or the recipient of the order if I have purchased product(s) to be shipped to another person (who I also certify is of legal age as well) agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLE, its owners, agents, employees, and/or officers as the case may be, for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees and other costs of defending any action that PLE may sustain or which may occur as a result of any claim of negligence of contract or other claims or theories of law by myself, my officers, agents, or employees, my successors or assignees, my customers or other persons, whether direct or indirect in connection with the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any product provided by PLE, or of any plants grown from seed that was supplied by PLE. I understand that PLE's offer of any items is void where prohibited, and that it is my own responsibility to check and abide by local laws. In addition, I understand that any seed prohibited from growing in my area (as a noxious weed or otherwise) is supplied to me for non-sowing purposes only, and only if it is legal for me to bring it into my area for non-sowing purposes. I will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any product provided by PLE. In addition, I am not relying upon PLE in the selection or use, or instruction of proper use, of any product provided. I understand that any information given for any products is for educational purposes only. I accept the seeds non-warranty policy which says that PLE is not responsible for germination, or any other matter pertaining to seeds or the resulting crop. I understand and accept that PLE reserves the right to refuse sales to me if I communicate to them that I engaged in, or plan to engage in any misuse of our products - and that this misuse or communication of intent of misuse would constitute a breaking of this contract. I certify that I will not share any products ordered from PLE with minors. If I am ordering from a foreign country, I will agree (in addition to the rest of the above) that I will make no attempt to hold PLE liable for anything that may happen to a consignment while en route, and I understand that since PLE cannot know all laws of all countries, it is entirely my own responsibility to make certain that the items ordered are allowed in my country of residence, and I assume all legal responsibility regarding import and customs regulations, and I certify that my import of merchandise is legal. I understand, agree to and will abide to the above stated conditions of sale, as well as all of the terms and conditions listed in full on the PLE web site.
